Refund Policy

At ShopIdeal, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be issued for both physical and digital products.

1. Physical Products

a. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a replacement or refund within 10 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items in the package

b. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • The request must be made within 10 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.

c. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, ShopIdeal will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

d. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of a replacement, a new product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.

2. Digital Products

a. Non-Refundable Policy

All digital products (including downloadable files, software, courses, or e-books) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

b. Exceptions

If your digital product is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, please contact us at support@shopideal.in within 7 days of purchase.
We will review the issue and either:

  • Provide a replacement file or new access link, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion if the problem cannot be resolved.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time to post the refund.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@shopideal.in.
